The Jugde will sit in the middle. The Pro team will sit on one side, the Con team on the other side.
The Judge can present a short summary of the story that the Debate is based. "Ooka and The Honest Thief"
Debate Order
1. Pro Opening Summary (In this summary an Introduction is presented with the the team's Three Opening Reasons, (This is only an Introduction, not the entire reason evidence)
2, Con Opening Summary (In this summary an Introduction is presented with the the team's Three Opening Reasons, (This is only an Introduction, not the entire reason evidence)
3. Pro: presents first reason
4. Con: presents first reason
5. Pro: presents second reason
6. Con: presents second reason
7. Pro: presents third reason
8. Con: presents third reason
After all reason have been presented from both sides. It is the Judge's turn to speak. He or She will ask each team 2 - 3 questions each for additional clarification or information.
9. The Judge starts with the Con side first.
10. The Judge asks the Pro team questions.
11. The Audience may ask questions.
After the question and answer session the teams present their Closing

The Closing is the final chance that each side can present their reasons.
The Judge makes a decision based on the facts and which team presented the best facts, and answered the questions well.
The Judge (He or she) must present the the reason for his/her decision with facts from the presentations.
The Judge can pick a team based on: Which team presented the better argument? Which team had the most convincing reasons and support. A reason should be given for the choice based on the points/reasons presented.
